Program is designed begin with individual assessments, such as the DISC assessment, to identify strengths and behavioral styles. Then transition into group sessions where participants learn how to leverage these insights to improve communication, collaboration, and productivity within the team.
Leadership Alignment: From Great to Phenomenal:
Targeting leaders and managers, this workshop will combine personal leadership coaching with team leadership strategies. It helps leaders identify their own strengths and challenges while also learning how to inspire, motivate, and lead their teams more effectively.
Goal Setting & Accountability for High-Performance:
Program teaches both individuals and teams how to set SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound). Individual coaching sessions will focus on personal goal-setting strategies, while group coaching ensures that the team is aligned on shared goals and accountability systems.

If you are having difficulty moving the needle in the right upward direction, we will uncover the challenges that are keeping you from achieving your goals. Maybe you had a scary experience, someone did not support you or you do not know what the first steps are to achieving your goal. Whatever the reason(s), we will tackle them together.

Let’s have some fun! The Flight Assessment will be administered and reviewed with each client. They will discover their unique super powers giving them increased knowledge of what their natural behavior styles are as well as their adaptive styles. You will learn a lot about yourself!
Road Map to Action:
During this phase we will then develop SMART goals allowing you to reach new heights. As a team, we will create your goals and the steps to achieve them.
